How do I place an order for a Wattman train?

To place an order, request a quote through our website, or speak with a Wattman advisor. Once you approve your customized configuration and pricing, we’ll prepare the formal sales agreement.

Do I need to pay a deposit to confirm my order?

Yes, a 50% deposit is required to initiate production. The remaining balance is due prior to shipping. This ensures your build slot is secured and delivery timelines are met.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank wire transfers. All payment instructions will be provided with your invoice and are processed through our secure financial partners.

Can I make changes to my order after it’s confirmed?

Minor changes may be accepted during the early production phase. However, once manufacturing begins, changes may affect timelines and costs. Please confirm all details at the time of order.

Where can I find the prices of Wattman trains?

You can view our pricing by visiting the Pricing page and filling out the form. Once submitted, you’ll gain access to editions, purchase prices, and leasing options. This ensures you can review the best options for your business before making a decision.

Are taxes applied to Wattman train orders?

Wattman World issues all invoices from its international headquarters in the Netherlands.

For EU-based customers, VAT is applied unless a valid intra-community VAT number is provided.

For non-EU customers, all exports are invoiced excluding VAT, and local import duties or taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
