What happens when you submit the form?
Your request will be registered in our support system. You will also receive an email from us with information on how to reach us in case of an emergency. Please check your spam folder in case this email is not received within 15 minutes after submitting the form.
You can expect from us that a support employee will contact you within 12 hours during normal office hours in case of malfunctions.
During the weekend, holiday periods and public holidays, we will contact you as soon as possible based on the type of malfunction.
